ANNUAL CUSTOMER SURVEY - Your input, opinions and ideas matter to us! We’re Strengthening the Paths to Success and we need your help. Please take a moment to participate in the District’s annual parent survey.
This year, the survey is easier than ever to complete. It’s online, anonymous and only takes a few minutes. You can access the survey by logging onto the District’s website, browardschools.com, from your computer, tablet or smart phone, and then clicking on the Annual Customer Survey Strengthening the Paths to Success icon. The survey takes place from February 17 – March 21, 2014.
If you do not have Internet access, feel free to stop by the front office the next time you are visiting our campus. We will be happy to provide you with a place to complete the survey while at our school.

CLASS SIZE AND STUDENT PLACEMENT - Due to the State Class Size Reduction law, students may need to be moved between teachers after the start of school to ensure compliance with the required student limits. These limits are 18 students for Pre-Kindergarten to grade 3; 22 students for grades 4 to 8; and 25 students for grades 9 to 12 in core classes. Please know that students’ needs, will continue to be met through proper instruction and services. Additional information on core classes or anything related to Class Size Reduction is available on the Class Size Reduction website at http://www.broward.k12.fl.us/classsize/.
CODE OF STUDENT CONDUCT - “Parents and students, in August, the 2013-2014 Code of Student Conduct Handbook will be posted on Broward Schools’ Web site at http://www.browardschools.com/index.asp under the Additional Information tab for the Code Goes Green. Parents and students may also access the Handbook through the BEEP Portal for Parents or Students as well as a variety of new electronic sources including a Quick Response Code for smartphones.”

2012-2013 SPAR (School Public Accountability Report) - The No Child Left Behind federal legislation and Florida statute require that schools provide parents an annual school status report at the beginning of each school year. The Florida Department of Education has produced a No Child Left Behind/School Public Accountability Report for each school containing all the required No Child Left Behind indicators, including the indicators for Annual Measurable Objectives (AMOs). The Florida Department of Education has recently posted the NCLB/SPARs online.
